Saphi vineyard is located in the Coombsville AVA and is planted to Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The cooler temperatures and gravely loam soils of this corner of Napa Valley give the fruit beautiful acidity and promotes even ripening. The site was first planted in 2013 by the Holbrook family and the Revik team now tends to the vineyard focusing on dry-farming and organic practices. The name SAPHI is an abbreviation of Philip and his sister Sasha’s first names, who both grew up on this property.

Located in the Oak Knoll District, the Linda Vista vineyard was planted in 1989. In pursuit of an organically farmed Chardonnay vineyard from the Napa Valley, the Revik team turned to Steve Matthiasson for an opportunity to make wine from this famed vineyard. What we love about this site is the cool winds coming from the San Pablo bay, and the warm California sun that helps the fruit retain its acidity, body and ripeness.
